NOTE: The pictures on this page are all from
the Perry Greene era of the Chinook dog. These pictures are
coutesy of Richard Sims. The Perry Greene era runs from from the
1940s to 1981. Perry Greene and the people who took care of his
dogs after his death were the exclusive breeders of Chinooks
for around 40 years. He was the longest single owner of the breed,
and only sold spayed females and males. He was a woodsman with a
great talent for spinning a tale. All of the dogs on this page
are from Perry Greene's breedings. Perry Greene Dukavik is right at home in the snow with his best
buddy, Rick, Richard's son. Rick and Dukavik outdoors enjoying the warm summer weather.
